Deerwood Clubhouse Renovations

We are happy to announce that our long awaited clubhouse renovation is about to begin.  The renovation is schedule to take approximately 3 months to complete, and during this time, our clubhouse and amenity areas will unfortunately be closed.  We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we look forward to offering a newly remodeled clubhouse for you to enjoy.  Also, during the course of the renovation, the leasing office will be located in apartment 114, and we will continue to resume normal business hours through the renovation.  We are tentatively scheduled to begin moving the leasing office on Monday, April 8.  If you need assistance from the office during this transition, you can call 713-266-1010 or stop by the concierge desk.  If you have a maintenance emergency, please call 1-866-748-3706.
